We are delighted to offer free worldwide shipping on your very first order. For all subsequent orders, a flat rate of €5 will apply.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed and prepared within 4 working days before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 8–15 working days, depending on your location and local postal services.

Order & Shipping Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your package has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will follow. This will include your tracking number, which can be monitored through your local carrier’s website.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and in order to maintain quality standards, we do not offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. Exceptions are considered only in rare cases where an item is not successfully delivered. In such instances, please contact us within the stated timeframe, and our customer support team will be happy to review your case and provide an appropriate resolution.
